Welcome to Wrestlemania! Although the build up has been poor, there is something special about the event, and it’s reflected in the markets. A lot of bets are being taken for Wrestlemania, including brand new betters Ladbrokes, bWin, TitanBet, Betway & Winner. Hopefully these continue throughout the year.
Of course, there are all your favourites, but with such a varied card, I cannot call it. As such, I’ve spread my bets. Here are my Wrestlemania 31 Betting Tips.
Wrestlemania 31 Double
To begin with, I’ve gone for a fairly safe double. There’s a nice double involving Sting & Cena, two legends, who look like they will leave Wrestlemania with their hands raised.
- Sting to Beat Triple H
- John Cena to beat Rusev
I’ve put 2 points on the above bet(find out about the points system here).
If 1 is £1, you can win £2.79 off a £2 bet with Paddy Power (though you can get £2.81, if you can put an accumulator bet on at Coral)
Wrestlemania 31 Treble (Featuring Tyson Kidd & Cesaro to Win)
Right, I’ve split my trebles up into multiple bets. If one or two come off, then we’re in the money.
The first treble features Tyson Kidd & Cesaro to win. I think they’re not quite ready to lose the belts, and The Uso’s in front of a smart crowd my let the crowd down before they even begin.
- Sting to Beat Triple H
- John Cena to beat Rusev
- Tyson Kidd & Cesaro to retain the Tag Team Titles
I’ve put 1 point on the above bet (find out about the points system here).
If 1 is £1, you can win £2.19 off a £1 bet with William Hill (though if you can put an accumulator on, you can get £2.25 at Sky Bet).
Wrestlemania 31 Treble (Bellas Win)
This is the big treble, and one I’m probably the least confident on. However it has the biggest odds, but I can see the Bella Twins winning at Wrestlemania.
- Sting to Beat Triple H
- John Cena to beat Rusev
- The Bella Twins to beat AJ Lee & Paige
I’ve put 1 point on the above bet (find out about the points system here).
If 1 is £1, you can win £5.23 off a £1 bet with Paddy Power (though if you can put an accumulator on, you can get £5.48 at Sky Bet).
Wrestlemania 31 Treble (Daniel Bryan Wins)
The final treble I’ve put on is Daniel Bryan claiming the Intercontiental Title. There’s rumours of this happening, so it’d be nice to see.
- Sting to Beat Triple H
- John Cena to beat Rusev
- Daniel Bryan to win the Intercontinental Title
I’ve put 1 point on the above bet (find out about the points system here).
If 1 is £1, you can win £1.95 off a £1 bet with Paddy Power (though if you can put an accumulator on, you can get £2.19 at Coral, £2.09 at Sky Bet & £2.05 at BetFair).
Wrestlemania 4 Fold
Now onto the big bets.
The first bet is a point on all the above happening (bar Tyson Kidd & Cesaro winning, as you’re unable to bet on that). It offers great odds, largely due to the relatively long odds with The Bellas winning.
- Sting to Beat Triple H
- John Cena to beat Rusev
- Daniel Bryan to win the Intercontinental Title
- The Bella Twins to beat AJ Lee & Paige
I’ve put 1 point on the above bet (find out about the points system here).
If 1 is £1, you can win £7.33 off a £1 bet with Paddy Power (though if you can put an accumulator on, you can get £7.66 with Coral & £7.85 at Sky Bet).
Wrestlemania 31 7 Fold
Now we’re getting ridiculous.
We enter the realms of longish bets. Two long shots that I think could happen.
First, with Wrestlemania being the PPV with the stories ending, I can see Randy Orton beating Seth Rollins. The second features a surprise win for Bray Wyatt beating The Undertaker. I think that Taker will win in Dallas & ride off into the sunset. These two are outside bets, so it would be very, very nice if it comes off.
- Sting to Beat Triple H
- John Cena to beat Rusev
- Daniel Bryan to win the Intercontinental Title
- The Bella Twins to beat AJ Lee & Paige
- Randy Orton to beat Seth Rollins
- Bray Wyatt to beat The Undertaker
I’ve put 1 point on the above bet (find out about the points system here).
If 1 is £1, you can win £64.16 off a £1 bet with Paddy Power (though if you can put an accumulator on, you can get £65.31 at Sky Bet).
Wrestlemania 31 Accumulator
And onto the biggy, a 600-1 shot.
Roman Reigns I still feel will beat Brock Lesnar, as Vince is a stubborn bastard, so I can see him still going ahead with Reigns winning.
And so onto the final match. Ryback is a relatively massive 7-2 to win the Battle Royale, so if that comes off, you can thank me for sorting your summer holiday.
- Sting to Beat Triple H
- John Cena to beat Rusev
- Daniel Bryan to win the Intercontinental Title
- The Bella Twins to beat AJ Lee & Paige
- Randy Orton to beat Seth Rollins
- Bray Wyatt to beat The Undertaker
- Ryback to win The Andre The Giant Battle Royale
- Roman Reigns to beat Brock Lesnar
I’ve put 1 point on the above bet (find out about the points system here).
If 1 is £1, you can win £529.37 off a £1 bet with William Hill (though if you can put an accumulator on, you can get £757.59 at Coral, £720.25 at Ladbrokes, £676.88 at Sky Bet & £625.90 at Betway).
Wrestlemania Singles
To those who often follow this site, will know I offer 10 points (or £10) worth of bets for every Pay Per View. You will also notice I’m only put 8 points worth of bets on. So what of the rest? Well, Betfair and Paddy Power are offering some odds on some other events.
- First of all, I’ve put 1 Point on Ryback Winning the Battle Royale with Paddy Power. I think it’s a fairly safeish bet to win 3.50.
- The second bet is 0.5 point on The Rock Appearing in the ring at Wrestlemania 31 with Paddy Power. This Wrestlemania seems lacking in star power, so I can see The Rock appearing, particularly if Roman Reigns wins.
- The final bet is 0.5 points on Over 16.5 falls from the ladder in the Intercontinental Title match with Betfair. 16.5 is just over all participants falling off twice, so not that many, particularly if they are given about 20 minutes and are looking to steal the show.
Anyway, that is my Wrestlemania betting tips, what are yours? Please leave them in the comments!
